Title of Position – Executive Chef

Job Description: We are seeking an Executive Chef who can lead a team of culinary professionals, maintain high standards, and deliver delicious food while adhering to strict food safety protocols. Our ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, be highly motivated, experienced, and able to effectively lead a team of culinary experts. In addition to motivating and building a strong team, the Executive Chef will play a key role in ensuring that menu items are executed to perfection. Effective communication skills with vendors to procure fresh and cost-effective ingredients, proficiency in cost analysis, and a firm grasp of P&L management are also essential for this position.

Qualifications:

·      The Executive Chef must possess 3-5 years’ of high-volume experience.

·      Proven experience in creating a safe work environment incorporating teamwork and professional development is necessary for the Executive Chef

·      The Executive Chef must have proven success in controlling of costs associated with running a profitable business such as food, labor, and beverage.

·      The ability to handle stress in a productive way is a must for the Executive Chef

·      The Executive Chef must have the ability to delegate while maintaining control.
