Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food preparation, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 20+ staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain inventory levels, control costs, and optimize profitability while adhering to vegan and sustainable practices.
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menu items and seasonal specials that align with our vegan ethos.
  • Handle guest relations, resolve issues promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Analyze sales data, implement marketing strategies, and drive revenue growth through events and promotions.
  • Promote our great company culture by organizing team-building activities and ensuring a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a vegan or plant-based setting.
  • Strong knowledge of vegan cuisine, sustainability practices, and food trends.
  • Proven track record in team management, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
  • Passion for veganism and a commitment to ethical, eco-friendly operations.
