Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 base + performance bonuses


Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Hours (including evenings, weekends, holidays)


Relocation Assistance: Available for Southern California-based candidates


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Multi-Unit QSR Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of three fast-paced, quick-service restaurant concepts located within a single campus on the Twentynine Palms military base. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational, team development, and financial management skills. The ideal candidate will bring energy, discipline, and hospitality excellence to a high-volume, multi-brand environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations across three quick-service restaurant brands, ensuring consistent excellence in service, food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Lead, develop, and manage store-level leadership teams
  • Drive revenue and profitability across all locations while managing food and labor costs
  • Uphold all company standards and local health and safety regulations
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with senior leadership (California Operations Manager and CEO) on strategic initiatives
  • Provide coverage during staffing gaps and lead by example with floor presence
  • Cross-train across all concepts to ensure comprehensive operational knowledge


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a high-volume QSR or fast-casual operation
  • Proven success in locations generating $5M+ in annual revenue
  • Experience leading multiple locations or managing a large team
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and coaching skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
