What You'll Do:
- Lead by example, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your line cooks
- Oversee all culinary execution—from station setup to final plating
- Collaborate on daily specials and menu development
- Ensure smooth coordination between hot line and cold prep teams
- Step in for the Executive Sous Chef when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef, Banquet Chef, or Lead Line Cook
- Confident with all cooking methods, soup and sauce making, meat cutting, and seafood prep
- Ability to manage high volume service with precision and pride
- A team player who values cleanliness, organization, and strong communication
- Fine dining background preferred
- Culinary degree a plus, but not required
