Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all back-of-house operations, including menu execution, food quality, and kitchen efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and train culinary staff to uphold the highest standards of service and safety.
• Partner with management on seasonal menu planning, costing, and inventory control.
• Maintain strict compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
• Manage labor and food costs to achieve operational goals.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in a high-volume setting.
• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving financial targets.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
