We are recruiting. This is a great chance for an experienced breakfast Chef – to join our award winning 3 Rosette fine dining restaurant in a beautiful rural location in Stirlingshire.

If you are passionate about cooking and food and have previous experience working as breakfast chef in a hotel, then we want to hear from you. You must be able to work on your own and work as part of the team and open kitchen in the morning and prepare/cook to order and run the breakfast service.

We are looking for individuals who can work a section and work as a key member of a busy team.

A successful candidate will ideally have:

Experience in a similar role

Hours are 5 days a week , 6am to 3pm or daily

A passion for sharing knowledge and skills with more junior members.

Excellent conversational English

Must be able to work on own but also as part of a team, great communication skills
