We are recruiting. This is a great chance for an experienced CDP chef to join our busy team working in our Rosette Kitchen at our luxury Boutique hotel in Balquidder, a beautiful location in Stirlingshire.

If you are passionate about cooking and food and have previous experience working as CDP chef within a Rosette Michelin fine dining kitchen, then we want to hear from you.

We are looking for individuals who can work a section and work as a key member of a busy team.

A successful candidate will ideally have:

Experience in a similar role

Hours are 5 days a week , working on rota basis.

A passion for sharing knowledge and skills with more junior members.

Paid weekly, share of tips paid weekly

Excellent conversational English
