Salary: $95K - $119K + Bonus + Benefits + Relocation Assistance


Location: 50 Miles North of Houston, TX



Position Overview:


Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Operations Manager oversees daily operations across all marketing departments. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring operational goals are met. The Manager will analyze marketing initiatives, provide recommendations to maximize market share and profit growth, and uphold the brand promise of delivering an exceptional entertainment experience. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, vendor relations, guest complaint resolution, training, SOP implementation, budget planning, and team mentorship.


Supervisory Scope:

This position directly supervises:

  • Promotions & Events Supervisor
  • Guest Services Supervisor
  • Graphic/Digital Designer
  • Social Media Specialist
  • Database Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience:
  • Develop unique, engaging promotions aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Ensure the Players’ Club team is trained and prepared to deliver exceptional service.
  • Provide marketing support to other departments as needed.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Prepare and submit promotion rules and manage production of marketing collateral.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate effectively across departments.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Hire, train, and mentor team members.
  • Provide necessary tools and support for team success.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in gaming promotions and marketing management.
  • Previous casino management experience required.
  • Proven supervisory or management experience in Marketing, Guest Services, or Player Development.
  • Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Casino Management Systems.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze casino metrics and apply data to marketing strategies.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments and able to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advertising agencies and graphic design.
  • Familiarity with marketing material production processes.
  • Success in advertising, digital marketing, direct mail, social media, budgeting, and financial planning.

Conditions of Employment:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain/maintain a Gaming License.
  • Willingness to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and dress code.
