The Founders’ vision has flourished from one location into a 300+ unit operator and franchisor of a leading fast casual restaurant concept. We added more than 70+ locations in 2024 and are on target to add as many as 90 new locations in 2025. Our continued rapid growth has created the opportunity for an individual who will help us with continuing to grow our brand! 

Title of Position: General Manager

Location: Tallahassee, FL

As the GM, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations—everything from hiring and training to coaching your team, managing food and labor costs, and making sure guests have a great experience every time. You’ll be supported by Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and a strong team, but you’ll set the tone. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, knows how to bring out the best in people, and takes pride in running a smooth, high-performing restaurant.
