Compensation: $54,000–$60,000 + Quarterly Bonus Plan

We're looking for an energetic leader to guide our front-of-house teams and partner with our existing managers. You'll have the perfect balance of structure and support from our home office team, plus the autonomy to truly run this restaurant your way.

As Restaurant Manager, you'll lead a high-volume, fun bar/restaurant while championing our values of inclusivity, sustainability, and creating memorable experiences. You'll be empowered to make a true impact—this is your restaurant to lead.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations of a high-volume, fun bar/restaurant environment
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach employees to build exceptional teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with food and beverage suppliers
• Manage budgets and oversee the overall P&L performance
• Create inventories and order food, beverages, and supplies
• Build meaningful relationships within the local community
• Champion our industry-leading recycling and composting program that diverts 90% of waste from landfills
• Foster welcoming, inclusive atmospheres where guests and employees are encouraged to be themselves

What You Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting
• Energetic, organized, and inspiring leadership style
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong business acumen with P&L management experience
• Commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
