Restaurant Service Manager – Full-Service Dining & Catering | Overland Park, KS


Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 base + 10% bonus eligibility


Schedule: Full-time | Weekend Availability


We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Service Manager to join a one-of-a-kind, high-volume dining concept in Overland Park, KS. Our restaurant features multiple dining rooms, exhibition-style kitchens, and an expansive menu of freshly prepared cuisine. In addition to in-house dining, our growing catering and events division offering exciting opportunities for leadership beyond the restaurant floor.

Key Responsibilities


As a Restaurant Service Manager, you will:

  • Lead and engage a high-performing FOH team to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Maintain staffing levels, oversee scheduling, and support training/development
  • Ensure smooth daily operations while upholding food safety and service standards
  • Oversee event execution and collaborate with the catering & events team (approx. 25% of role)
  • Partner with leadership on P&L management, cost controls, and operational goals
  • Drive a team-oriented, guest-first culture throughout the restaurant

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Background in upscale casual or fine dining strongly preferred
  • Strong skills in staffing, training, and operational execution
  • Knowledge of P&L, cost controls, and inventory management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
  • Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail
  • Flexible availability with a focus on dinner shifts and weekends
