What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on speed, quality, and exceptional guest service
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence through strategic leadership
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to deliver the Wingstop experience
• Ensure consistent execution of food quality standards, including our signature wing preparation
• Manage labor costs, inventory control, and P&L responsibility to achieve financial targets
• Create a positive, high-energy work environment that reflects the Wingstop brand culture
• Implement and maintain food safety protocols and operational procedures
• Build relationships within the local community to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty
• Oversee both dine-in and delivery operations to maximize sales opportunities
• Lead by example in delivering fast, friendly service that keeps guests coming back

What You Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual concepts
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing P&L responsibilities
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Experience with multi-channel operations including dine-in, takeout, and delivery
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Passion for food quality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
