Key Responsibilities:

• Drive day-to-day operations with a focus on service excellence, food quality, and team performance
• Hire, develop, and mentor both FOH and BOH leaders
• Maintain a safe, clean, and guest-ready restaurant every shift
• Oversee financials, including labor, food cost, COGS, and inventory
• Build a strong culture rooted in accountability, energy, and hospitality
• Handle guest concerns professionally and quickly to ensure repeat business
• Uphold compliance with health codes, safety standards, and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Proven ability to lead both FOH and BOH teams
• Strong P&L understanding and experience managing labor and food costs
• Energetic leadership style with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
