Role Overview
As an Operations Manager, you will execute contracted A/V services and oversee event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Review event orders from the Sales Manager.
- Manage set-up, operation, and breakdown of A/V equipment.
- Act as the on-site client contact during events.
Ideal Candidate
- Background as a Conference Services Manager, Banquet Manager/Captain, or Event Planner.
- Proven track record in running events and coordinating with sales teams.
- Service-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.
- Interest in career growth into a Sales Manager role.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $45,000–$55,000.
- Monthly commissions, projected at approximately $25,000 annually.
- Salary reviews every 6 months.
- Full benefits package.
