Job Title: Regional Director of Hotel Operations

Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 (plus bonus potential)

Location: Remote (Texas-based candidates only)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Hotel Operations to oversee and drive the operational success of our portfolio of Select Service Hotels. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial performance across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will be Texas-based and thrive in a remote work environment with regular travel to hotel locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals, including revenue growth, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support General Managers and property-level teams to ensure consistent performance and alignment with company standards.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, P&L statements, and key performance metrics to drive profitability and identify areas for improvement.
• Guest Experience: Champion a culture of exceptional service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty across all properties.
• Collaboration: Work closely with corporate leadership, sales, marketing, and revenue management teams to align operational goals with broader business objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure all properties adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including health, safety, and labor laws.
• Travel: Regular travel to hotel locations within the region to provide hands-on support and ensure operational consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous General Manager experience required, with a proven track record of success in hotel operations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Skills:Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Location Requirement: Must reside in Texas and be willing to travel regularly within the region.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $135,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
