Title of Position: Area Supervisor

Job Description: The Area Supervisor will oversee multiple locations within the quick service restaurant chain, ensuring that all locations meet and exceed company standards for customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency. The Area Supervisor's daily duties will include supervising and monitoring each location's daily operations, overseeing the performance of all employees, and developing and implementing training plans and standards. The Area Supervisor will handle responsibility for identifying opportunities for cost-saving and improvement, improving customer service standards, and handling employee grievances and concerns. Additionally, the Area Supervisor will establish and maintain relationships with local vendors and communities to support the growth and development of each QSR location.

Qualifications:

· The Area Supervisor must have prior experience overseeing multiple units (4+) in Quick Service Restaurant locations

· The Area Supervisor must demonstrate the ability to lead a team of employees and provide positive guidance

· The Area Supervisor must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints

· Strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations is required for the Area Supervisor

· The Area Supervisor must manage budgets and analyze sales trends
