Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Area Director to oversee operations across 5-7 locations in Northern California, covering the South Bay/San Jose, San Francisco, and Roseville/Sacramento areas. This role will manage 14 stores within the territory, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 5-7 bakery locations, ensuring consistency in quality and service.
- Drive financial performance, including sales growth and cost management.
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers and teams to foster a positive, collaborative culture.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health, and safety regulations.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Monitor guest feedback and address concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as an Area Director or comparable multi-unit management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and coaching.
- Adaptable, hardworking, and open to feedback.
- Catering experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 annually
- Quarterly Bonus: Up to $5,000 (highly attainable)
