Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop an exceptional restaurant team. Foster a strong company culture and maintain high team morale. Provide clear and consistent leadership while developing future leaders within the brand.

Guest Experience & Community Engagement: Build strong guest relationships and serve as a brand ambassador in the community. Develop and implement Local Store Marketing initiatives to drive awareness and engagement. Expand the catering business and strengthen community partnerships.

Financial & Operational Management: Set and manage budgets to meet restaurant financial objectives. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Analyze variances, identify opportunities, and take corrective action when needed. Develop strategies to increase average guest check and meal traffic.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of successful restaurant management/leadership experience.
• A proven track record of building and developing high-performance teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A servant leadership mindset with a commitment to mentoring and guiding your team.
