Executive Chef – High-End Culinary Concept
An exciting new dining project is preparing to launch in Miami and is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen and set the creative direction. This is a rare chance to shape a restaurant from the ground up and leave a signature mark on the city’s dining scene.
The Role
- Drive the culinary vision, menu development, and seasonal evolution of a premium program.
- Balance artistry and precision with the operational discipline required in an exclusive setting.
- Collaborate with ownership to bring a luxury dining concept to life.
- Lead sourcing, team building, and pre-opening preparation.
- Integrate food and beverage pairings into the guest experience.
The Ideal Candidate
- A pedigreed background in high-end or luxury dining (Michelin or equivalent experience strongly preferred).
- A creative, R&D-driven mindset with a proven ability to design and deliver tasting-style menus.
- Leadership skills to inspire a small, high-performing brigade.
