Title of Position: Bakery Manager
Job Description: As a Bakery Manager, you will oversee daily bakery operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, while upholding brand standards for product quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. You’ll address guest concerns promptly and professionally, creating a positive experience, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. In this leadership role, the Bakery Manager will recruit, hire, train, and develop team members, shift leaders, and assistant managers, while managing staff schedules to meet labor targets and business needs. Motivating and coaching employees to achieve performance goals and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment will be key to your success. Additionally, the Bakery Manager will monitor sales performance, implement strategies to achieve revenue goals, and control food, labor, and operating costs to maximize profitability. You’ll manage inventory, order supplies, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure accurate cash handling and banking procedures. Administrative responsibilities include preparing and submitting reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards, and managing payroll, employee records, and performance evaluations. This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours), lift to 30 lbs, and work comfortably in a warm, bakery environment.

Qualifications:
· Prior management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality (Quick Service Restaurant experience preferred).
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
· Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
