What You’ll Do

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving daily operations and supporting the General Manager in leading the restaurant to success. Responsibilities include:

• Supervise daily front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations.
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching of team members.
• Ensure excellent guest service and maintain quality and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls.
• Help drive sales through local promotions and community involvement.
• Lead by example, creating a positive, team-oriented culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (fast-casual or full-service preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Hands-on problem solver who thrives in a busy environment.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
