Key Responsibilities:

As a Community Manager, you will:

  • Build brand loyalty by fostering positive resident interactions.
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Meet sales, marketing, and operational goals to achieve occupancy standards.
  • Achieve financial objectives through rent collection and delinquency management.
  • Manage revenue, expense reporting, and budget oversight.
  • Conduct personalized property tours to secure new leases.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and property owners.
  • Adhere to all Fair Housing Laws.
  • Stay informed on multifamily housing market trends and data.
  • Ensure the property’s interior and exterior areas maintain a clean, high-quality appearance.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire team members to excel.
  • Lead by example, upholding our EPIC values.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of property management experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Experience with industry software (AppFolio preferred).
