What You’ll Do

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing management and hourly team, fostering a culture of continuous growth and development.

• Manage the restaurant's P&L, focusing on revenue growth, cost control, and effective labor management.
• Implement and refine operational procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.

What You’ll Bring
