Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dual Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across two of our premier upscale, full-service hotel properties. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for representing both brands within the market, strategically targeting and securing business across key segments including corporate negotiated accounts, group bookings, meetings and events, and high-value leisure travel.

$65K - $80K

Your success will directly contribute to maximizing total hotel revenue and strengthening our market position as a leader in sophisticated hospitality. This is a unique opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional to make a significant impact on this dual-property position.

As the Dual Sales Manager, your core responsibilities will involve comprehensive portfolio management to achieve and exceed sales targets for both hotels. This includes developing and executing targeted market segmentation strategies, proactively prospecting new business, and cultivating strong relationships with key accounts. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from handling RFPs and conducting compelling site inspections to preparing proposals and negotiating contracts. Success in this role requires close collaboration with revenue management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize performance. You will be expected to maintain accurate sales forecasting, leverage our CRM system effectively, and demonstrate ownership of key performance indicators such as RevPAR index, market share, conversion rates, and booking pace.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive hotel sales experience, with a proven track record in an upscale, full-service environment; multi-property sales experience is highly preferred. You must demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, complemented by in-depth knowledge of the local market. Proficiency with hotel sales systems, including CRM and revenue management tools, is essential. This position requires local travel and to client meetings, a flexible schedule to accommodate site visits and events, and an unwavering commitment to upholding brand standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

If you are a motivated sales leader ready to take on this challenging and rewarding dual-property role, we invite you to apply by sending your resume to jay@geckohospitality.com
