Title of Position: Regional Director


Job Description:


As a Regional Director, you’ll lead 10–20 fast-casual locations, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and operational playbooks. You’ll own the region’s P&L, driving sales growth while managing labor, COGS, and other controllables. You’ll lead new unit openings end to end and champion guest experience through monitoring service standards, analyzing feedback, and executing action plans. The Regional Director will recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong pipeline of General Managers and leaders, and drive continuous improvement through KPI analysis (sales trends, mystery shop, EOS). You will ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, HR, and supply chain, and conduct regular site visits to mentor managers, audit standards, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications


· Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry.

· Demonstrated experience managing a territory of at least 10 units with full P&L responsibility.

· Proven track record of successfully leading new unit openings.

· Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial reports and drive profitability.

· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

· Extensive experience in hiring, training, and developing management-level talent.
