Salary of $90-95k with Strong Bonus potential

Lead a historic, high-volume property with multiple dining and event concepts—ranging from casual to upscale. This is a hands-on, high-visibility GM role for a proven operator who leads from the floor, not from an office.

The Opportunity

• Full P&L responsibility across all revenue centers, including dining, bar, private events/banquets, and seasonal outdoor operations.
• Be present and engaged during service—set the tone, coach in the moment, fill gaps, and support the team in real time.
• Build, train, and retain strong FOH and BOH teams; partner closely with culinary leadership on execution, quality, and cost control.
• Drive top-line growth while protecting margins through labor planning, purchasing discipline, inventory accuracy, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate staffing, service flow, and standards across concepts that run simultaneously, including weddings, special events, and peak weekends.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven multi-unit or multi-outlet GM experience with full financial ownership of all revenue centers.
• A true hands-on leader—on the floor during service, calm under pressure, and quick to jump in wherever needed.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, labor management, COGS control, and P&L accountability.
• Culinary background preferred; able to collaborate effectively with chefs and speak the language of the kitchen.
• Guest-obsessed operator who builds a positive, accountable culture across FOH/BOH.
• Experience with banquets/events, bar programs, and high-volume service is a major plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90,000–$95,000 (can stretch slightly higher for the right leader) + up to 20% quarterly bonus.
• 21 PTO days annually (eligible after six months; first-year balance prorated until the following January 1).
