Assistant General Manager – Full-Service Restaurant

$57,000 – $65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A well-established, high-traffic restaurant is seeking a talented Assistant General Manager to join its leadership team. This is a confidential opportunity with a stable, nationally recognized concept known for scratch-inspired cooking, upbeat energy, and a strong people culture.

We are searching for a hands-on AGM who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to grow into a future General Manager role.

What You’ll Do

• Support the General Manager with all daily operations
• Lead shifts with energy, urgency, and a people-first mindset
• Deliver consistent, memorable hospitality to every guest
• Coach, train, and develop hourly team members and supervisors
• Manage scheduling, labor performance, and staffing needs
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Drive service results, guest satisfaction, and operational execution
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Comfortable in high-volume, high-energy environments
• Excellent communication, training, and guest service skills
• Hands-on leadership — leads by example, stays engaged on the floor
• Ability to assist with P&L management, labor controls, and operations strategy

Compensation & Benefits
