Job Title: Group Sales Manager – Corporate Focus

Location: Bossier City, Louisiana

Pay: $70K - $75K + Commissions + Bonuses

Relocation: TBD

Our client is hiring a Group Sales Manager to grow corporate group business, build key account relationships, and support continued expansion. This role focuses on proactive sales activity, client engagement, and closing revenue-producing group opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow a designated group account base
• Prospect, conduct outside sales calls, and lead site tours
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow-up communication
• Participate in select travel, trade shows, and industry events
• Report weekly sales activity to leadership

What You Bring

• Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building ability
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of hotel group sales experience required
• Experience in corporate, association, SMERF, sports, government, or catering markets
• DELPHI experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work in environments where smoking and alcohol are present
• Ability to obtain and maintain required Louisiana regulatory licenses
