We’re partnering with a leading hospitality solutions provider that supports hotels with professional audio-visual services and event execution. The Sales Manager works alongside property teams to support group business and drive revenue through exceptional event delivery.

About the Role
This Sales Manager serves as the direct link between hotel sales teams and internal operations. You will collaborate closely with hotel partners, meeting planners, and internal staff to ensure every event’s A/V needs are scoped accurately, executed seamlessly, and positioned to drive repeat business.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands hotel group sales and wants to move into a proactive, relationship-driven sales position with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with hotel sales teams and group clients to identify and define audio-visual and event support requirements
• Translate client needs into detailed event orders and hand off to the Operations Manager for execution
• Build strong relationships with on-property sales teams to drive repeat bookings and referral business
• Support revenue growth through prospecting, client follow-up, and maintaining an active sales pipeline
• Represent the company professionally across property partners, internal teams, and clients
• Participate in sales meetings, reporting, and cross-department communication to support overall success
Ideal Background
• Hotel Sales/Event Sales experience
• Strong understanding of hotel group sales processes, events, and BEO flow
• Exposure to audio-visual components of meetings or events (technical knowledge not required)
• Enjoys client interaction, relationship-building, and revenue-driving activities
• Proven ability to collaborate with hotel teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• High integrity, polished communication skills, and a commitment to long-term growth
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary $55,000 – $65,000
• Monthly commissions (projected ~$25,000 annually)
• Salary reviews every six months
