Restaurant Manager — High-Volume, Hospitality-Driven Concept - 55-65k salary

We are a well-established, locally rooted full-service restaurant concept known for strong guest loyalty, consistent volume, and a team-first culture. We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to help lead day-to-day operations, develop talent, and deliver a high-energy, hospitality-forward guest experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, coaching teams, and running a clean, organized, and people-focused operation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading daily front- and back-of-house operations
• Coaching, developing, and holding managers and hourly team members accountable
• Maintaining service standards, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
• Supporting hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
• Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Partnering with senior leadership to execute operational goals

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Restaurant Manager experience
• Background in full-service, polished-casual, or high-volume dining
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front style
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and retain teams
• Solid understanding of labor, food cost, and basic P&L drivers
• Guest-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
