Director of Food and Beverage

We are conducting a confidential search for a Director of Food and Beverage to oversee all dining, bar, and event service operations within a high volume hospitality environment. This role is for a hands on leader who understands service, people, and profitability and knows how to balance guest experience with operational discipline.


Reporting directly to the General Manager, this leader will own daily F&B execution while developing teams, controlling costs, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.


What You Will Own


• Direct and oversee all food and beverage service operations including restaurants, bars, and events

• Lead, coach, and develop F&B leaders and hourly teams

• Ensure exceptional guest service through visible leadership and quick issue resolution

• Manage budgets, labor, payroll, and cost controls to achieve financial targets

• Oversee POS procedures, reporting, and revenue reconciliation

• Partner closely with culinary, catering, and sales to execute successful events

• Maintain vendor relationships, inventory controls, and equipment readiness

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

• Provide Manager on Duty coverage as needed


What We Are Looking For


• Three or more years of F&B leadership experience in a high volume hospitality operation

• Strong operational, financial, and people management skills

• Proven ability to lead teams with professionalism and accountability

• Organized, decisive, and calm under pressure

• Comfortable managing multiple outlets and priorities at once

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent hospitality experience

• ServSafe and TIPS certification or ability to obtain


This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing teams, and owning both the guest experience and the financial outcome.
