Position Title: General Manager

Position Overview:

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily restaurant operations while building, leading, and developing a high-performing team. This role balances hands-on leadership with strategic oversight—managing scheduling, inventory, sanitation standards, and financial performance. Above all, the General Manager sets the tone for the culture, motivating, coaching, and training team members to consistently deliver excellence.
