We are partnering with a modern, experience driven entertainment venue in West Palm Beach that is at an inflection point. The operation is open, staffed, and running. What it needs now is leadership that can drive revenue, build awareness, and turn activity into consistent profit.

Role Overview

We are seeking an extroverted, sales-oriented leader who thrives on building relationships, growing revenue, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. The ideal candidate is energized by being out in the community, networking with local businesses, and leading a team to exceed ambitious targets, including driving annual sales of $2M+.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion an exceptional, hospitality-driven guest experience every visit, every time.
• Lead brand promotion and increase market awareness
• Proactively drive memberships, leagues, corporate outings, and private event sales.
• Cultivate partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers.
• Represent the company as a visible ambassador at community events and networking opportunities. Be the "face of the place"!

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales-driven leadership, ideally in a high-revenue entertainment, hospitality, or experiential venue.
• Extroverted, energetic personality with a passion for meeting people and building relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, network, and generate business in the community.
• Familiarity with golf (whether recreational, instructional, or operational) is a strong plus.

Compensation

• Base salary range from $85,000 - $100,000 PLUS

• Meaningful performance based incentives tied directly to revenue growth and profitability

• Clear expectations and measurable success metrics
