What do we seek?
The Vice President of Operations will lead and oversee all hospitality operations across multiple properties. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for operational excellence, team development, and creating an elevated tenant experience. The VP of Operations will report directly to executive leadership and work closely with property management, leasing, and corporate teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hospitality and restaurant operations across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing management and operational teams.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, P&L, and cost controls.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion opportunities.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to optimize quality and cost efficiency.
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and technology adoption.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior operations leadership within hospitality, restaurant, or multi-unit food service environments.
- Strong financial acumen and operational management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build a strong organizational culture.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of successfully managing multi-site operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
