We are partnering with a distinguished luxury resort and private club to identify an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage to join its executive leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to lead a complex, high-profile food and beverage operation within an environment that blends refined hospitality with warmth, authenticity, and a strong sense of place.

The Opportunity

The Director of Food & Beverage provides executive oversight across a diverse portfolio of dining, club, leisure, and event-driven outlets. The role encompasses both culinary and front-of-house leadership and carries responsibility for one of the largest and most visible departments on the property.

This position sits on the Executive Committee and works in close partnership with senior leadership to shape guest and member experiences. The organization is entering an exciting phase of thoughtful evolution and is seeking a leader who prioritizes people, culture, and sustainable excellence while honoring the integrity of the brand.

• Strong command of both culinary operations and front-of-house service standards
• Experience supporting high-end events, weddings, and leisure-focused outlets, including pool or seasonal operations
• A club or resort mindset that values long-term relationships, consistency, and operational excellence
• A collaborative leadership style focused on mentoring, accountability, and building trust across teams
• Interest in building long-term impact within the organization
• Culinary training or hands-on culinary experience is a plus, particularly for leaders who effectively partner with Executive Chefs and culinary teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Competitive executive compensation in the mid-$100Ks, with flexibility up to $175,000 for the right candidate
