Compensation: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

As a General Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding the success of the establishment. Your primary duties will include:

• Overseeing all staff, budgets, and day-to-day operations.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
• Managing and mentoring your team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
• Establishing and enforcing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and high standards.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management and a proven track record of leadership.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of current General Manager experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of business development, strategy implementation, and P&L management.
• Strong leadership qualities and confident decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage costs, and foster growth.
• Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MSc/MA in Business Administration or a relevant field.

Work Schedule:

• Flexibility to work within our hours of operation, which includes evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• The role typically requires availability for Monday to Friday shifts, as well as weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
