Compensation: Up to $65,000 base salary (DOE) + performance-based bonuses

As Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will partner closely with the General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, build high-performing teams, and achieve strong financial results in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead, train, schedule, coach, and develop hourly team members to achieve performance and service excellence
• Maintain consistent high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory, labor costs, and operational expenses to meet profitability goals
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, food safety, and company policies
• Foster a positive, respectful, inclusive, and accountable team culture

Qualifications

• Proven restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager or similar role in full-service or high-volume restaurants preferred)
• Strong guest service mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences
• Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and develop hourly staff
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced restaurant environment
