Location: Port St Joe, FL

Title: FOH Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day front-of-house and dining room operations
• Maintain an active, visible presence during peak service periods
• Uphold and execute fine dining service standards consistently
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction at every touchpoint
• Partner with kitchen leadership to maintain seamless service flow
• Oversee bar operations, beverage service, and inventory management
• Assist with drink menu development and updates
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Manage schedules using systems such as 7shifts (or similar)
• Support sales growth and operational efficiency

The Must-Haves:

• 3-4+ years restaurant management experience required
• Strong bar and beverage knowledge required
• Experience maintaining fine dining or elevated service standards
• Hands-on, positive, and team-oriented leadership style
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• POS experience
• Scheduling software experience (7shifts preferred)
