Job Description: As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Restaurant Operations Manager monitors the quality of food, beverages, and service delivery to guarantee consistency with brand standards. In this role, you will recruit, train, and develop staff members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. A key focus for the Restaurant Operations Manager is cultivating a customer-centric culture by addressing guest feedback promptly, resolving concerns, and consistently exceeding expectations. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and managing budgets, overseeing cost controls, and striving to meet or surpass revenue targets. Negotiating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and materials is essential.
