Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager is a hands on leader responsible for supporting daily operations, leading the floor during peak service, and helping drive consistency across service standards, team performance, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast paced restaurant environment, enjoys coaching teams, and takes pride in creating an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience and Service Execution
• Lead the floor during peak shifts and ensure exceptional hospitality
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service throughout the restaurant
• Engage with guests and handle concerns professionally
• Maintain high standards for service quality and team presentation
Team Leadership and Development
• Support training, coaching, and performance management for hourly team members
• Lead by example and work alongside the team during service
• Help build a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment
• Reinforce standards and expectations consistently
Operations and Standards
• Ensure food and beverage are served to recipe, portion, and quality standards
• Support opening and closing procedures and shift execution
• Maintain strong cleanliness and sanitation practices
• Assist with scheduling support, shift planning, and service readiness
• Complete required paperwork, reports, and basic admin tasks on time
Cash Handling and Controls
• Follow cash handling procedures and assist with daily reconciliation and reporting
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently
Compliance and Safety
• Maintain a safe work environment and uphold health and safety requirements
• Ensure the team follows all labor and food safety standards
Qualifications
• 2 or more years of restaurant experience in a leadership role preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service operations
• Comfortable leading in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills and a team first mindset
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Required certifications must be obtained prior to employment based on local requirements
