Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations for a high volume café and bakery restaurant concept. This role is responsible for overseeing all operational functions, building and leading a strong hospitality team, and ensuring the business meets or exceeds financial, service, and quality goals.

The General Manager plays a critical role in setting the tone for service excellence, team culture, and operational consistency. This is a senior level leadership position for someone who takes pride in hands on management, team development, and delivering a great guest experience every day.

Key Responsibilities


Restaurant Operations

• Oversee all daily café and restaurant operations

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards

• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service

• Monitor daily performance and address operational issues in real time

• Ensure opening and closing procedures are executed consistently


Guest Experience

• Create and maintain a welcoming, service driven environment

• Lead by example on the floor during peak service periods

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly

• Ensure consistent hospitality standards across all shifts


Team Leadership and Development

• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high performing team

Financial and Business Management

• Ensure the café meets or exceeds sales and profitability goals

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations

Qualifications
