We are looking for an ambitious and talented Executive Chef to join our team of dedicated and passionate food professionals. Qualified candidates will be organized, driven and possess sound proficiency in cooking techniques and have a deep commitment to quality, an eye for detail and a passion for excellence in dining. Food quality and restaurant cleanliness are some of the important standards to adhere to.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Need to be a “working” chef, not a clipboard manager. Will be touching food 85% of the time.
• Exceptional with mentoring and leading the staff
• Menu development and recipe adherence 
• Working high-volume shifts
• Project a positive attitude that your staff will rally around
• Maintaining a clean work area and adhering to health department standards all food safety protocols
• Create a warm, hospitable work environment for all staff
• Scheduling, ordering and inventory management

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Capacity to work in a fast paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

• $110k-$140k
• Competitive Base Salary with a performance-based bonus program offering the opportunity to earn up to 15% of your annual salary.
