High volume famous American Steakhouse is seeking to add a high caliber General Manager to the team in Sacramento. Must have experience working in fast paced, high volume, full service restaurants managing large teams! Join a team that values hospitality, teamwork, and work-life balance.

Key responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

• Champion a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring every guest has a memorable and elevated experience.
• Oversee all guest-facing operations to maintain service excellence and brand standards.
• Proactively address guest concerns and feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Create a welcoming, polished environment inside and outside the restaurant.

Staff Leadership & Development:

• Lead, coach, and inspire management and hourly teams to achieve high performance and engagement.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive and accountable team culture.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and labor optimization.
• Conduct leadership and pre-shift meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and daily priorities.

Operational & Financial Management:

• Oversee all FOH and BOH operations to ensure smooth, efficient daily execution.
• Manage food & beverage operations, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Review and analyze P&L statements, budgets, and financial performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed.
• Partner with ownership and senior leadership on budgeting, marketing initiatives, and business growth strategies.
