This role is for a floor driven leader who thrives in high energy environments and knows how to keep a busy sports bar and grill running smoothly. You will be the heartbeat of the operation during peak hours, supporting the Restaurant Manager, leading the floor, and keeping both guests and staff locked in.

What You Will Do

• Lead the floor during high volume shifts in a sports bar and grill environment
• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, shift execution, and team leadership
• Coach and hold staff accountable to service, speed, and cleanliness standards
• Handle guest recovery and real time problem solving
• Help drive sales, labor efficiency, and shift level performance
• Maintain a positive, energetic culture while enforcing standards

The Right Background

• Supervisor or Assistant Manager experience in a sports bar or high volume grill
• Comfortable working evenings and late nights, typically until 1 to 2am
• Calm under pressure with strong floor presence
• Team first mindset with a hands on leadership style

Schedule and Pay

• Salary range of 55k to 60k plus quarterly bonus
• One weekday off and one weekend day off each week
• Up to 50 hours per week
• Reports directly to the Restaurant Manager
