Your Role:

As a Restaurant Managing Partner, you'll be the face of our restaurant, leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll partner with our Culinary Partner to drive results, develop your team, and maintain our brand's high standards.

What We Look For:

• 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience, with 2+ years as a GM or equivalent
• Proven track record of developing teams and achieving financial goals
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
