Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a vital role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations and overall management of the hotel. This position is key to ensuring the hotel operates efficiently, team members are motivated and empowered, and guests experience exceptional service. The AGM is a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, stepping in wherever needed to uphold the hotel’s culture, brand standards, and guest satisfaction.
