Salary: $65K - $80K (DOE)

Key responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

• Champion a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring every visit is memorable and exceeds expectations.
• Oversee all guest-facing operations to maintain corporate high standards for quality and service.
• Address guest feedback proactively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and polished environment inside and outside the restaurant.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, coach, and inspire management and hourly staff to achieve high performance and engagement.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive, accountable, and family-like culture.
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor optimization to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct leadership meetings and pre-shift briefings to communicate goals, priorities, and expectations.

Operational & Financial Management:

• Oversee FOH and BOH operations to ensure smooth, efficient daily execution.
• Manage food and beverage operations, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L statements, budgets, and operational metrics.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently upheld.
• Partner with ownership and senior leadership on business growth strategies, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
