Responsibilities

  • Lead the sourcing and securing of high-performing restaurant and retail sites across an expanding portfolio.
  • Conduct market research, perform demographic and competitive analyses, and assess site feasibility to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations teams to negotiate lease terms that support growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers to ensure a robust site pipeline.
  • Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations while ensuring compliance with company standards.


Requirements

  • Active Texas commercial real estate license (required).
  • Professional certifications such as CCIM or SIOR (a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in restaurant, retail, or franchise development.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills with experience closing high-volume transactions.
  • Familiarity with strip malls, retail centers, and QSR real estate.
  • Proven ability to manage a multi-location real estate portfolio.
  • Proficiency in lease administration tools and financial modeling software.
  • Strong understanding of zoning laws, permitting processes, and site feasibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working cross-functionally and with external partners.
