Area Director - Fast-Casual Restaurant Group

We are seeking an experienced Area Director to lead 2-4 of our fast-casual, scratch-kitchen locations in the District Heights, MD area. Compensation includes a salary of up to $100,000, a competitive bonus structure, comprehensive insurance, and potential future ownership opportunities.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional dedicated to operational excellence and culinary quality. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-unit management within the restaurant industry, demonstrating the ability to drive performance, mentor management teams, and uphold rigorous brand standards.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including P&L management, team development, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all units. This position requires a significant on-the-ground presence to support our commitment to from-scratch cooking and superior service.
