• Availability: Must have full weekend availability (days and nights) and be comfortable working a 48-50 hour work week.
• Soft Skills: Must embody a "Hungry, Humble, and Smart" approach to leadership, prioritizing team building and relationships over strictly operational checklists.
• Leadership: Proven track record of developing people and building a bench of future leaders.

Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager selected for this Monroeville location will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward while maintaining our high cultural standards.

• Operational Excellence: assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring food quality and guest satisfaction are never compromised.
• Financial Management: Help manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability while hitting sales bonuses.
• Community Engagement: Actively participate in the brand's community involvement initiatives within the local market.
• Urgency: Maintain a high level of energy and urgency during peak hours to ensure efficient service.
